Full payment to be received by our bank thirty days before arrival date.
Quotations are valid for the period as stated on the invoice and may be adjusted due to unexpected cost increases which are beyond the control of the company.
Cancellations incur the following cancellation costs:
- More than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total amount due.
- Fifteen to twenty nine days prior to arrival: 60% of the total amount due.
- Zero to fourteen days prior to arrival: 100% of the amount due.

All local banks in the major centres offer a foreign currency exchange service.Foreign Exchange Services are available at International Arrivals at the International airports of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.
Foreign currency is not readily accepted as a payment in South Africa.
The use of ATM cards is recommended, ATMs are available at all banks and shopping centers in South Africa.
All major credit cards are accepted for restaurants, gift store payments and supermarket purchases.

Zambian itineraries demand payment only in USDollar or South African Rands.
