Trundle through the scenic winelands of the Cape and spectacular mountain ranges with tunnels as long as 13km! Travel through the haunting barrenness of the Great Karoo to the gold rich Highveld grasslands with journey's end in Pretoria, executive capital of South Africa.
Departure dates are specific and on a weekly basis.

11:00 Depart aboard the 'Pride of Africa' from Platform 23 at Cape Town Station and proceed inland to Worcester.
18:00 Upon arrival at Matjiesfontein guests may visit this quaint, historical village.
19:00 Depart Matjiesfontein
19:30 Dinner is served in the dining car/s
 
Tuesday:
  Upon arrival in Kimberley board the bus for a tour of the Big Hole and museum.
 
Wednesday:
12:00 Arrive at Rovos Rail's Capital Park Station, Pretoria.
