(An extension to the Spectacular Route 62 tour for those visitors with a few additional days available) A short drive inland from Port Elizabeth is a vast hinterland area where the lush citrus orchards of the Sundays River Valley contrast starkly with the vast mohair farmland of the dry Great Karoo. Take a step back in time to stay in Graaff-Reinet with its beautifully restored and maintained buildings. The seemingly endless vistas of the Valley of Desolation will fill you with awe. A circular route via Cradock and Kuzuko Lodge returns you to Port Elizabeth.

Included: All accommodation and breakfasts. Entrance at the Mountain Zebra National Park. All meals and game activities at Kuzuko Lodge. Nissan Tiida sedan (Manual) with unlimited mileage and super insurance cover.

Day 1 & 2	Graaff-Reinet Travel inland to Graaff-Reinet via Kirkwood. Have lunch at "The Lookout" where you can enjoy a marvellous view of the Sundays River Valley far below. Explore the delightful town of Graaff Reinet with its lovingly restored Cape Dutch buildings. Visit the Valley of Desolation in the late afternoon when sunset illuminates the rock towers and creates a photographer's paradise.
Day 3	Cradock A short detour from the road to Cradock is Nieu-Bethesda, where the "Owl House" displays the sculptures of the eccentric Helen Martins, immortalised in the "Road to Mecca" by Athol Fugard, and is well worth a visit. A game drive in the famous Mountain Zebra National Park near Cradock is recommended. Overnight in Cradock.
Day 4	Addo Relax at Kuzuko Lodge, the luxurious private concession of the Addo National Park where the stargazing in the clear Karoo night sky is unforgettable. All game activities and meals are included.
Day 5	Port Elizabeth Return to Port Elizabeth after a final game drive.
